Methods of Use: dowsil-35 & dowsil-50 are best use by being diluted with water of moderate hardness to a 50% active content. Higher concentrations may be preferable under special circumstances. The diluted emulsion is best applied by spraying, dipping, wiping or brushing. Excessive application must be avoided to ensure non-building up on moulds.
These silicone emulsions find use in all rubber industries as an efficient mould release and excellent polish for rubber items. Dowsil-35 & dowsil-45 are widely being used in various industries such as tyre, auto parts, footwear, belting, sales, flaps, rollers, matings, tubes, plastics etc. These are also used in some industries as a water soluble lubricants.
