201 Dimethyl Silicone Oil, chemical name is Polydimethylsiloxane, it has high flash point, low freezing point, low steam pressure, good heat stability, good high and low temperature endurance and other features. It can be used long term in -50—+180°C, such as the temperature can reach 200°C as long term usage in the isolate air and inert gases. Little tension of the oil surface, large compression ratio, good antishearing, little viscosity factor, good transmission of light, it also have the merits of good insulating property, electric arc and corona endurance, humidity resistance and good physical inert. So it is used extensive in the each department of agriculture and industry, national defense industry, scientific reach, medical treatment and public health and others.
Usage Examples:
1.Release agent; Used for mould of tyre rubber, plastics, and metal die castings;
2.Defoamer; can be used in defoamer of food, textile,drilling fluid, and some others;
3.Mechanical grade; hydraulic uses,include cosmetics,hair and body shampoo,etc.
4.Polish agent; can be used in shoes, skin fur and hairs, leather surface,and so on.
5.Lubricant oil; can be used in machine belts, equipment meters,engine and motors.
